Terms & Conditions — 930kbd Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 930kbd website located at https://930kbd.net and all associated services, products, games, and features offered by the Platform (collectively referred to as "930kbd" or the "Platform"). These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the 930kbd platform — whether as a registered player or an unregistered visitor — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. • "Account" refers to the personal 930kbd account held by a registered Player.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" refers to 930kbd and all associated websites, mobile interfaces, games, and services.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To access the full range of 930kbd services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one active account at any time.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

Accounts found to contain false information will be suspended immediately and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 930kbd will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 930kbd support immediately via in-platform live chat.

The 930kbd platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. Minors are expressly prohibited from registering an account, accessing any game, placing any bet, or making any financial transaction on the Platform. This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced as a core pillar of 930kbd's responsible gaming commitment.

By registering an account, you declare and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are only processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the same account holder. 930kbd applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process: players requesting withdrawals above ৳10,000 may be required to submit identity verification documents before the withdrawal is processed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies equally to all players.

930kbd reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, match fixing involvement, or any other violation of these Terms. Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings at any time. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreasing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. 930kbd encourages all players to use deposit limits as a responsible gambling tool.

930kbd periodically offers bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotional campaigns to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a player's Bonus Balance and are kept separate from real-money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion. Only real-money wagers count toward clearing wagering requirements — bets placed with bonus funds do not count toward the wagering rollover.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to full wagering completion.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 930kbd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or refuse a bonus to any player at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse.
• Bonuses expire as stated in the individual promotion — typically between 7 and 30 days after issue. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account.

Seasonal Promotions

930kbd runs special promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day, and Independence Day. These campaigns are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms communicated on the Platform at the time of launch.

As a registered player on 930kbd, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted.

Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with Platform games, betting markets, or account systems.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating that undermines the integrity of the Platform's games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. 930kbd is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable laws.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 930kbd staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the Platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members, friends, or associates.

930kbd monitors all account activity for patterns that indicate prohibited conduct. Where a violation is confirmed, the Platform will take whatever action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

Either the Player or 930kbd may initiate the closure of a player account. The circumstances and consequences differ depending on which party initiates closure and the reasons for doing so.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 930kbd customer support via in-platform live chat. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Closure or Suspension Initiated by 930kbd

930kbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A request from a legal authority, regulatory body, or financial institution.

Where closure is initiated by 930kbd due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. 930kbd will communicate the reasons for closure to the affected player where it is lawful and operationally appropriate to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 930kbd and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Platform Availability

930kbd endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control — including power outages, network failures, or force majeure events — may result in temporary unavailability. 930kbd will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions.

Betting and Gaming Outcomes

Gambling involves financial risk. By using the 930kbd Platform, you accept that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. 930kbd provides no guarantee of winning outcomes on any game or sporting event. Decisions to place bets or participate in casino games are made solely at your own risk. The Platform shall bear no responsibility for any financial loss resulting from your betting or gaming activity.

Third-Party Services
